Our Parent Tot classes focus on nurturing coordination and exploration for toddlers up to 3 years old in a structured small group setting.
In our Preschool classes tailored for 3–4-year-olds, young gymnasts embark on a journey of coordination development while immersing in the fundamentals of gymnastics, all within a supportive small group atmosphere boasting a favorable 6:1 instructor-to-student ratio.
In our Beginner Gymnastics classes, children aged 5 to 12+ explore foundational gymnastics skills. With personalized attention, younger classes maintain an 8:1 instructor-to-student ratio, older classes have a supportive 10:1 ratio
In our Intermediate Gymnastics classes, gymnasts advance upon mastering beginner skills and delve into lower-level team techniques, ensuring skill progression and development under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

Our competitive team is by invitation only. We will offer a range of competitive levels, and our girls competition season starts in December and finishes in April.
